Scott Jencius is an experienced consultant with over a decade in the benefits industry.

Scott’s prior work experience was at UnitedHealthcare where his primary role was to forge positive relationships with customers and consultants while acting as the main contact for UnitedHealthcare. In his tenure at UHC, he worked as an Account Consultant on both small and key account business before being promoted to Strategic Account Executive. As a Strategic Account Executive, Scott’s responsibilities were to focus on maintenance, growth and increased profitability of existing business, the acquisition of new business on existing accounts, customer satisfaction and the strategic direction of his accounts.

He possesses a broad range of skills: interpersonal skills involving managing people and working as part of a team to solve problems; excellent communication skills to explain complex financial data; analytical skills as a creative thinker; superior presentation skills; and excellent knowledge of the employee benefits industry.
